Egbert Faibille Jnr

Egbert holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Ghana, Legon. 
Mr. Faibille Jnr worked with the GNPC during which period he was seconded to the West African Gas Pipeline Project (WAGP) as the Ghana Country Communication Representative of the project.
He subsequently joined the British American Tobacco (BAT) as Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Manager.
He was called to the Bar in October, 2004.
Egbert holds an LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, and a Certificate in Strategic Management of Regulatory and Enforcement Agencies from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
Mr Faibille Jnr was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Petroleum Commission in August, 2017.
He is a member of the Board of the Petroleum Commission and chairs the Local Content Committee. 

Kadijah Amoah

Ms. Kadijah Amoah is the Chief Executive Officer of Pecan Energies Ghana Limited. She is a lawyer and the first Ghanaian woman to lead an oil and gas exploration and production company.   

She is a member of the Executive Management Team of Pecan Energies in Norway and holds directorships in AGM Petroleum Ghana and Aker Ghana Investment Company. She is also a council member of the Ghana Upstream Petroleum Chamber. 

Prior to joining Pecan Energies, Ms. Amoah worked as Head of Investments and Business Development at the Office of the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana. She was the Government of Ghana lead of the Millennium Challenge Corporation and Government of Ghana lead of the U.K Ghana Business Council.    

Ms. Amoah holds a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science and Sociology, LLB (Hons), and an M.Sc. in International Business from the University of Ghana. A Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation and a Masters in Business Administration from the Saïd Business School, (Oriel College) University of Oxford.  

Ms. Amoah is an alumnus of the International Leader's Programme of the U.K Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Raisa Program by the Spanish government. She is an Eisenhower Fellow and a member of Oriel Law Society, Oriel College. She was adjudged the 'Female Energy Personality of the Year' at the 2023 Ghana Energy Awards.

Mr. Brown was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Seplat Energy Plc in August 2020. He joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Executive Director in July 2013. During his time at the Company as CFO, he was instrumental in completing the dual listing of the company on the main markets of the Nigerian and London Stock Exchanges, which was the first for a Nigerian corporate. He has also been instrumental in broadening the capital base of the company and also increasing Seplat Energy’s footprint in Nigeria by acquiring oil and gas assets.  

With a background in finance, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Mr. Brown has over 30 years’ experience, primarily focused on emerging markets with extensive experience in structuring energy and infrastructure transactions on the African continent.  

Prior to joining Seplat Energy, he held the position of Managing Director of Oil and Gas EMEA for Standard Bank Group and prior to Standard Bank Group, Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance department of PricewaterhouseCoopers.  

Mr. Brown has extensive financial, accounting, M&A, debt and equity capital markets experience in the emerging markets space, and in particular the African oil and gas sector. He has advised on and provided capital to some of the largest and highest-profile transactions that have occurred across the African Continent, including many of the asset divestments in the onshore Niger Delta undertaken by Shell, Total and ENI.

She started her career as an engineer-in-training at Eskom in 1992. Her technical skills led to various recognitions in the form of leadership roles ranging from middle to senior management. Prior to her resignation from Eskom 2018, Ms Noah headed up the Distribution and Customer Services Divisions, wherein she was accountable for an asset base worth over R250bn, 18 000 employees, over 6 million customers, a budget totaling R20bn (Opex and Capex) and a revenue of R185bn.
