Co-Founder & Chair Advisory Board, Lean In Equity & Sustainability

Lamé Verre is the Co-founder and Chair of the Advisory Board of Lean In Equity & Sustainability (LiNES), a global social impact enterprise that promotes gender diversity and inclusion and spearheads initiatives that inspire change and promote gender balance across hard-to-abate sectors.

Lamé, a fellow of the UK Energy Institute, is currently the Head of Innovation & Sustainability Strategy across the Energy Customer businesses at a UK FTSE 100 Company.

Lamé sits on the Global Future Council for Energy Transition at the World Economic Forum and the Board of Equitable Origin, a New York based non-profit focused on Indigenous rights and energy and natural resources project certification programs.

Lamé has had an international career spanning over two decades, working in blue-chip companies across the Energy industry value chain. She held instrumental leadership positions at ENI, E.ON, Baker Hughes, and Haliburton.

Lamé holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School London (UK), a Master in Energy and Environmental Management from Eni Corporate University, Milan (Italy), and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin (Nigeria).
