Ms. Kikelomo Fajemirokun – General Manager, Human Resources & Admin Ms. Fajemirokun is the General Manager, Human Resources & Admin, and she is responsible for setting up and managing all human resources and administrative services across the Group's global operations. She also leads the ESG and renewable energy business, where she is tasked with setting up and running the business. With over a decade at LEKOIL, she is responsible for the recruitment of 99% of the current team globally. For over two decades, Ms. Fajemirokun has driven organisational growth and efficiency through her strategic HR and administrative initiatives. She has helped several companies, notably in the oil and gas industry, maximise value for stakeholders, make the most of resources, and conduct operations with integrity and purpose by crafting and executing tailored, sustainable, and compliant administrative functions. Ms. Fajemirokun earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology degree from Wake Forest University, US (2006); a certificate in Human Resource Management from Cornell University, US (2008); an MBA from Lancaster University Management School, UK (2010); and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, UK (2013). She is also a Lifetime Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria.
