  • How do infrastructure limitations and logistics challenges impact the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of deepwater projects offshore Africa, and what strategies can be employed to improve infrastructure development and logistics management?

  • How can regulatory frameworks in African countries be adapted or strengthened to better regulate deepwater oil and gas activities while ensuring environmental protection and maximizing local benefits?
