BP Awards Offshore Africa Contract to KBR. BP plc has awarded KBR, Inc.’s U.K. subsidiary the pre-front end engineering design (pre-FEED) services contract for phases 2 and 3 of its Greater Tortue Ahmeyim project at the maritime border of Senegal and Mauritania, KBR reported Tuesday. Read more

Seventh Processing Plant for Zohr in the Works. Italian firm, ENI, has launched work on its seventh natural gas processing plant at the Zohr field. The field is located offshore Egypt in the Mediterranean. This follows the completion of the sixth processing plant at the end of March. Read more
